All of our apartments are smoke-free apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony while enjoying the marvellous view of the Großglockner or the Pilgrims Church of Heiligenblut.

Yes, we do ask for a deposit in order to make your booking. The remaining amount has to be paid before arrival via bank transfer to the bank account provided with the booking confirmation.
For your booking you have to pay a third of the total amount as a deposit. Your booking is only valid after receiving the deposit.
Cancelling your booking 3 months or more before your arrival is free of charge, when cancelling your booking up to 1 month before your arrival we charge you 40% of the total amount, cancelling up to 1 week before your arrival 70%. In case of cancelling in the last week before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount of the booking.
On your arrival day you can check in anytime between 15:00-19:00. Please let us know your approximate arrival time via e-mail beforehand.
Check-Out is until 10:00 on your departure day.
During high season the arrival and departure day is Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
During off season daily arrival is possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Yes, there is parking available directly at the house for every apartment. In the winter time the driveway and the parking spaces all the way to the house are regularly plowed.
Yes, there is dedicated place in the basement for your equipment. To make your stay more enjoyable there is a ski boot dryer in the basement.
Yes, all apartments have free broadband internet including WLAN.
No dogs or other pets are allowed in the apartments or building in general.
